I have here or there 30 smallish shells wrapped in newspaper inside a cardboard box. I have BB's painted shell ready to come to PetBarn tomorrow so I know what size shells I want to find...I want an itty bit smaller for Pinky, who's still wearing his disgusting pink shell. BB needs more choice in his shells, saw him wearing the green shell all day only to change back to the purple one an hour ago.
4/1 - Stained crab is a boy! 1/5 - Got a 'sick crab' pack from Nat. I'm very impressed, it's a large pack so will feed all crabs! 30/6 - My new hygros have arrived! The big tank is 29degrees/81humidity. The little tank has the same temperature but 86humidity.
I got some nice plastic containers from Office Depot; then I put felt in the bottom so they don't roll around. Sorted by specimen large (for when my guys grow up), mediums, and E-type. The containers stack and are labelled so it is easy for me to switch some in the tank every week or so.

For now I keep the clean ones in a wipe box (I have a one year old and find the empty ones useful ) my used ones go in a clear container . I only have 25 shells right now and I plan on getting more . It's hard finding shells that Hermy js remotely interested in

kitty: Not much activity in my tank. One morning I got up and it looked like a tornado went through it. Water bowls tumbled, food dishes upside down. Fixed it all up and have been waiting eversince. ! Nothing. DARN !!
