Ok this may end up changed worked on or moved but i wanted to get a good start on it.. I will do a calcium rich foods list too!

Fantastic, Sue! I'm thinking we can brainstorm on it till we get an idea if we've missed anything and then I will make it a locked list as opposed to a thread.
I think I have one you missed though.... Buffalo! I know it is incredibly lean and high in protein for humans and I have given it to my crabs and they seemed to like it. Do you think it should be added?
By the way, LOVE that you added bear to the list-how very Lenape of you! My tribe is having a bear feast next month (out in OH).
