All previously posted crabs have found new homes or are outdated.
Kelowna, British Columbia (about 4 hours east of Vancouver, a little over an hour from the Washington State border)
Approximately 30 hermit crabs including one Straw and 2 Viola, the rest are PPs. They will come with an 80 gallon tank (no stand or proper lid) and a smaller exo-terra tank free of charge to an experienced hermit crab keeper. Owner admits that they became overwhelmed and the tanks are being maintained as they should be.

I posted this in the classified section as well, but I'll copy and paste it in this threat just to see.
Hi guys, I'm sad to say that I need to rehome my hermit crabs. I was under the impression that the current place they are at would be their permanent home, but I was mistaken.
I am willing to give all crabs and supplies away for free, but if you need the tank/screen lid I would need to sell those to you.
I have:
- 2 E's
- 4 PP's
- An array of shells in different styles/sizes
- Plants, logs, climbing stuff for inside the tank. Isn't really sparse in a 55 gallon, if that gives you an idea.
- Instant Ocean
- Home made food: it has dehydrated fruits, veggies, nuts, dries turtle medley. There's enough to last a little while. I also have the dehydrator if you'd like to purchase it.
- Two different lights and fixtures, one is a daylight and one a night time. Also has timing element.
- Some EE. just what was left over from my mixture.
- 4 different food dishes, and I have a tupperware container that works pretty nicely for water.
The tank is a 55 gallon and I have a screen lid and two small pieces of plexiglass. It fits so I have 1 lamp on either end and the plexi in the middle, and it takes up the whole top.
Please let me know if anyone is interested. It's not super, super urgent.. but some things might be happening in my relationship that will cause it to be urgent, and I would rather have them go to some lovely people who know how to take care of and care about hermit crabs.

Hi!, I am moving back home to Alaska, and can't afford to ship my house over, so I will be doing little box moves. I don't have the money to mirror anything close to my set up there. I have 4 hermit crabs currently living it up in a 50L tank. I have a 10 gal or 5.5 gal that can go with them when adopted for no fee, but I am selling my larger tanks. I am not moving till the end of February so have time to find them a home hopefully, or that a friend will hold on to them till a home is found. He don't want them, so eventually if a home ain't found I don't know what will happen to them. I love my babies but I don't want to put them through the stress of moving to Alaska in the middle of winter even if I could have a tank and all that good stuff for them there. I have a post over in classified listing my tanks and gear for sale. They are PPs and Es, mediums!
