that's the same email i got in ,it said its an email sent automatically:( i will try to be patient,i feel bad for her troubles ,that being said,wouldnt it be better to be open and honest about when or if you haave crab's,this is annoying especially for those of us who are new to ordering live animal's,ive been worried about my crabs and havent even heard back from LHC,except that email above,sheesh.

From what I gather, she spoke with her supplier last night and he is shipping crabs out to her on Tuesday. However, he may not have any blueberries to send her.
In her responses, she laughs about the whole ordeal. That tells me she really isn't very serious about it and probably couldn't care less.
Anyway, for anyone who keeps their orders placed through the lack of crabs and responses, she's offering a 50% off your next purchase with her. Of course, I can't see how many people would order again after all of this.

okk,thats what i will do,so will they substitute diff crabs without asking,if they have no blueberries? i wouldnt mind more ruggies,but thats even if i hear from them,ugh,might email them again today and say if you are out of blueberries(i ordered large) i would be happy with all ruggies,im supposed to get a free crab too,says so in my email,lol thanks for letting me know what is going on since they wont share info:))))

ok,i just had an email from LHC,she said we should have crabs next week,i did llet her know i would be happy to have all ruggies IF,by chance she couldnt get blueberries!i am happy to finally have an email from her,yea!

Ugh, I knew I shouldn't have waited to jump back in on this. In my opinion, you should not have offered to get rugs in place of the blues for 3 reasons. First & foremost, she has already inconvenienced you, why make concessions to her?! Secondly, her sizes (as she told me) are not determined by a chart or industry standard, but by what she has at the time. So, ordering a "large" will only get you one of the largest she has at that time. So asking for rugs in place of your blues (since, it's likely your free crab will be a blue since you only ordered one, or at least that was what I was hoping for) may get you some VERY small crabs. Kdutt's rugs are supposed to be "smalls" and they are teenies at best. My "medium" straws were definite smalls. The third reason is that there is a price difference between the 2 species and again, she's already caused you distress. Hopefully things work out in your favor as she used to[/i] always have rave reviews.

i am thankful for your advice,wish i had thought of that before i emailed her back,ugh,im so not used to this mail oreder crab's buisness,actually,she prob wont even read my email,so i have no clue whats going to happen! im just hoping for healthy/mite free crabs,i am very disappointed with her customer service though,sad for her,sadder for the crabs in her care:(

Another update today from a customer she has decided is worthy of her time...
"Hi. I'm really sorry, and trust me, I'm not happy about it. We will get blues as soon as they become available to our supplier. He doesn't have those answers and is still trying to get them for this shipment that will hopefully be Tuesday. We would be happy to substitute and offer a free crab for anyone who has ordered blues (as well as the free crab for the delay). Or of course, a refund. Sorry

The Tuesday shipment from her supplier isn't even definite as she says "hopefully"
